They can provide comprehensive credit, criminal and background checks of potential tenants for property managers and landlords. It’s a great service that Bill uses all the time. Here are a few training programs that I feel are worth the investment and provide outstanding value for the price. However, if you do not get the same result, we want your feedback. Again, we are basing our rating on our own personal experience.
Residential Assisted Living Training with Gene Guarino
This is an excellent training course to teach you how to convert a single family home into a residential assisted care facility. I actually got to take this program when they were in their Beta stage. It is quality stuff from two quality guys. I can’t recommend this program enough. They also have a Live Event that is also worth attending. Either way, you’ll get real actionable training. You can hear Jake and Gino interviewed on Old Dawg Podcast #031 http://olddawgsreinetwork.com/013-generating-big-wheel-profits-with-multifamily-investing/.
