The need for affordable housing in larger cities for people 20 to mid 30s has spurred the development of a new real estate asset class called coliving. In this episode, coliving expert Connor Moore shares how this unique communal housing model is sweeping the globe and attracting entrepreneurs and investors alike.
Connor Moore is a world traveler and self-proclaimed people person that truly believes in the ability of coliving to improve the way people live in the twenty-first century. Spending the past two years getting his MBA in Malaysia, Connor had the opportunity to visit dozens of coliving operators around the world and has been sold on the concept ever since. Connor currently holds a variety of coliving focused positions including: an associate role at a real estate investment company called Nomos Group, the Head of Content at a global nonprofit called Co-Liv, as well as the author of a coliving research blog Coliving Corner. In his free time, Connor enjoys backpacking, scuba diving, and pretending he’s a good dancer at social gatherings.
